Thank you for sharing this wealth of personal experience information! Do you mind if I ask whether your fluffy bunny friend😉 takes a certain strain? I know there are multiple out there, with a range of varying effects. Just wondering whether there’s a specific direction one should look in for in the hopes of getting these specific desired effects. You know, for their bunnies.

Thank you!!!! My bunny is particularly partial to golden teachers , but I’m not sure it makes all that much difference tbh 🐰

Thank you for this article! Microdosing is something I've been considering for quite a while, and your bunny's experiences are very encouraging. Maybe it's time for my hamster to take the plunge and give it a go ;)

This is just the kind of report on microdosing I've been wanting to read, so thank you for sharing.

I've been wanting to try microdosing for some time now, but wasn't sure how to go about it, how much dosage to use to begin with or even where to get any from.

I'm on the waiting list for an assessment for ADHD, so lord only knows when that'll be.

Very keen to give this a go in the meantime, though.

I have been reading some smaller articles on the benefits of microdosing and your article is much more detailed and thorough. I would like to know if anyone you know of have gotten relief from tinnitus as well as the other improvements you mentioned. Your article has given me a lot of hope, thank you!

I have ADHD and also microdose. Everything you said I 100% believe. The relief I have felt in so many areas of my life is incredible. My friends in my neurodivergent circle also microdose and we are all in agreement. Absolute gamechanger in our journeys

Thank you so much for sharing this. I have the same issues as you, including RSD, exec function, the migraines and leg sensitivity! I identify as Aspergers with OCD/PTSD/anxiety. I had bought a microdose chocolate bar a while ago, for my bunny lol, and haven't tried it yet, but this is very encouraging! I was too scared to try the Sumatriptan because I have a double genetic mutation on my MAO-A gene, which means I am a slow processor of neurotransmitters and my serotonin (and dopamine, norepinephrine and cortisol) are broken down slower than most people so my brain (aka Amygdyla and HPA axis) remains aroused longer after any stress or stimulation. It's also linked to Aspergers, according to studies. Anyways, a long way of saying I was not feeling OK about taking the sumatriptan, lol. But I am encouraged by your microdosing benefits.

Everyone seems to hate my fluffy bunny, maybe she's just too fluffy. I'm going to look further into it tomorrow (I'll probably forget) and I hope I can get some for her so she's less disliked and she can feel happiness for the first time 🙂 thank you for sharing this
